Angthong Marine Park
This national reservation park is one of Thailand’s top attraction. The Beach, 1990 famous movie staring Leonardo DiCaprio, the story was based on the island. There are many snorkeling spots, kayaking under rock caves, emerald sea and the quick hike to the main view point makes this trip a perfect full day activity for the whole family.
Wai Nam Beach
Located on the east side of Koh Phangan, this little small beach is truly unique with trees and rock formations on both side. The fine sandy beach and crystal clear water is a perfect spot to swim and tan. Occasionally there is a party hosted on the beach where island locals enjoy dancing from sunset to sunrise.
Thong Nai Pan
The top star resorts on Koh Phangan are located in Thong Nai Pan Noi which made the beach the most exclusive place on the island. There are 2 long strip beaches; Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai. The white sand makes it a perfect stroll or swim along the beach with our any worry of corals.
Haad Yuan East
Family friendly spot that has shallow water with no reefs and a long stretch of white sandy beach is a perfect afternoon stop for lunch. There are a few resorts in the bay and Bamboo restaurant right over looking at this view.
Koh Maa & Mae Haad
The BEST snorkeling spot on Koh Phangan with lots of fish and coral to see. Koh Maa has a unique sand bar that connects to Mae Haad Beach only visible during low tides. A postcard backdrop of the northwest mountains of the island offers a perfect place for a must have photo.
Koh Tae Nok
“The birds island” is a home to thousands of swallow birds that make nest with their spit. The workers harvest the next and export it to make into soup. The island is prohibit from any entrance without a permission. It’s located just 2 KM from Koh Phangan’s main pier.
Koh Tae Nai
A small island right across from Thongsala Pier that offers a unique character of a no man’s island. The west side of the island has small rocky caves and an isolated beach with clear water. The man made emerald pool can be access via the long sand bar. This island is surrounded by reef and sea life.
Koh Tao
The #1 diving spot in Thailand island with many diving and snorkeling locations. Super crystal clear water with high visibility offers a home to many sea animals for visitors to see. The island has many rocky bays and deep water makes it a MUST VISIT place for divers.
Koh Nang Yuan
A privately owned islands that connected with small sand bars has a very unique view point with a short hike to the top. The clear water around the island makes it a fun snorkeling spot. It’s located just next to Koh Tao.
